A workshop to find the real problem
Once you're in, we start with a proper session - usually half a day, with the people who actually do the work. We map how the job gets done today, where it goes wrong, what the exceptions are, and what "working" would actually look like. This is the step most people skip, and it's why so much automation gets built for the process someone described rather than the one that exists. You'll get the map either way - it's useful even if you never build anything.

We build
Roughly two weeks from that workshop. We connect the tools you already use and build the missing piece - sometimes in Make or n8n, sometimes custom code, with an AI step only where genuine judgement is needed. Whatever's simplest and most reliable. No sprawling platform, no rip-and-replace.

Setup and handover, not a hand-wave
We put it live in your business, with your accounts and your data, and walk the people using it through exactly how it works. You get everything — credentials, documentation, the lot. It's yours. We stay on hand for 30 days in case anything needs adjusting.

Sometimes we literally build in Make or n8n - when it's the right tool, we use it, and we'll tell you so. What you're paying for isn't a secret technology. It's knowing which workflow is worth automating, building it so it doesn't quietly break the first time an invoice arrives in a weird format, and handing it over documented and owned by you. Could you build some of it yourself? Possibly — the same way owning a drill makes you able to build an extension. Most people's half-finished Zapier experiments are how we know the difference matters.
